My Mission

I am passionate about changing our world for the better and leaving a much more desirable home for future generations. I specialize in transformation, innovation and disruption, with a foundation of change management, process improvement, technology and advocacy.

My Story

I grew up in a military home and moved all over the country, learning about the different micro-cultures in the United States as I went. This prepared me to work with many different kinds of people and environments. As a teen, I worked full time, completing school studies as I could. Joining the workforce at such a young age, instilled a work ethic in me that has developed into seeing every challenge as an opportunity to innovate.

I have led many global transformations, overcoming biases related to my race and gender to achieve success. With this experience, merging my consulting expertise with advocacy for diverse workforces has become critical. We often see large organizations issuing apologies or missing out on revenue because they didn't know how to reach the market effectively. A diverse workforce helps you capture a diverse marketplace.
